We initially employed Brian Freedley full time for a myriad of tasks demanding skill, dependability, and honesty. After 10 years I can honestly say we have never made a better decision for the long-term care of our technology environment. Our international, publicly held corporation was in the business of technology staffing and project-based solution services, before selling all of our divisions at the behest of our shareholders. When we initiated disbanding, we put Brian Freedley in charge of consolidating IT systems in the United States, Canada, and India through our New Jersey headquarters. It was at this time that he decided to go into business for himself, creating Paratus Technologies and subsequently hiring and training his team of IT professionals. He continued to personally fulfill our requirements, while also satisfying the needs of other businesses that sought the advantage of his proficiency and constancy. We recommended him and his company with confidence then, and continue to do so today.
In short, as our Migration Project Manager, he managed all remaining IT employees, implemented disaster recovery procedures, administered Sarbanes Oxley and SAS70 audit compliance, and was entrusted with consolidating our financials. We fondly referred to him as “the last man standing” when it came to relocating our IT department and all remaining systems offsite. Paratus continues to be the sole provider of our IT solutions, support, and monitoring, and will be until our dissolution is finalized.
